The location of this place is mind-blowing! It is within walking distance of several jaw-dropping beaches and the coastal path. The room is cosy and comfortable, with a super flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for a quick cuppa. Ken, the owner, is absolutely fantastic! He gave me loads of advice on nearby places to visit and enjoy. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and car park are a great bonus. And, oh yeah, no smoking on site. Such a super stay!

This place is conveniently close to the town center, and all the staff here were kind and helpful in addressing my concerns.

I loved having a wardrobe to hang my clothes and a flat-screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was a great bonus, and the bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh.

Personally, I found the lack of a view from the room to be a minor downside. But hey, I understand that not everyone comes to St Ives for the scenery from their windows.
